Waist – Wrap the tape around your natural waist (the narrowest part), keeping it snug but comfortable.
Hips – Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping your feet together.
Length – Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (for tops/dresses) or waist (for skirts/pants) to the desired hemline.
