Checkout & Payments

Your pre-order item is charged at the time of placing your order. Your payment will be processed once you complete the checkout.

Yes you can!

Our pre-order items are the same as all our other products. Simply add a pre-order item to your cart as your normally would.

For an estimated dispatch date please refer to the product description for each pre-order product. The estimated date has been made bold so it is easy to spot.

Once you have checked this date, if you are happy to wait for the item to be in-stock, simply Add to Cart and checkout.

Dispatch - Australia Only

Your order will be dispatched as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Please note that estimated dispatch dates are approximate only and may be slightly early or late.

You will be sent an email confirmation when your pre-order item is shipped which will include tracking information.

All items will be dispatched as quickly as possible from the date they arrive. Usually this is within the first 24 hours.

All pre-order items will be sent with the shipping method selected at time of checkout unless ordered with other in-stock items.
If you have placed an order that includes in-stock items as well as a pre-order item, the pre-order item will be sent using standard post, even if express was selected at checkout.

Only the first dispatch of in-stock items is eligible for purchased express shipping.

If you order other in-stock items with your pre-order item, your in-stock items will be dispatched immediately. No additional shipping charge will be applied.

Your Pre-order items will be dispatched together when the last item arrives in stock. If you have other in-stock items in the order, they will be dispatched separately.

Cancellations & Changes

All pre-order items are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled prior to shipping.

Pre-orders cannot be modified once placed. All pre-order purchases are final. You cannot edit, change or add items to a Pre-order purchase. If you have ordered the wrong size, please reach out to customer service via live chat or hello@ginghamandheels.com.au

Delays

All of our dispatch dates are approximate only. Your Pre-order item may arrive slightly early or late. If your Pre-order item is more than 10 business days late to be dispatched and you would like to cancel your item, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat or hello@ginghamandheels.com.au.

If your Pre-order items dispatch is delayed by 10 business days or less, it will not be eligible for any cancellation or changes.

Returns

Pre-order items can be returned in the same way as non pre-order items, please refer to our Returns Page here

All pre-order items comply with our existing returns policy. You may receive a credit note or exchange for a returned pre-order item.

The returns window for a pre-order item is the same as our existing policy. You will have 30 days from date of dispatch to process your return through our portal here.

Exchanges

Your pre-order item will be dispatched as soon as it arrives, however, you still need to ensure that you send back your existing item within the 14 day timeframe or your credit card will be automatically charged by the system for the missing return.
