Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Once you place an order, it will be dispatched ASAP.
All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri AEST will be dispatched the same day.
Our dispatch cutoff has been changed to 1pm AEST during the COVID-19 pandemic as our carriers require an earlier pickup.

All orders placed outside of these times will be dispatched the next business day.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, all delivery date estimates can be found on our Shipping page.

Most Express options are next business day or 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Most Standard options are 3-5 business days for Australia and International.

Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely adore what you have ordered, if not we'e made our returns process as easy as possible.

You may return most new, unopened, unworn, unwashed items within 21 days of delivery (this has been extended to 30 days during the COVID-19 pandemic). All returns for change of mind will be issued as a credit note valid for 6 months.
Final clearance sale items (which are marked down to $40 and under) are not eligible for a return due to change of mind. If returned to online a $7 processing fee will be charged per clearance item.
Earrings are also not eligible for change of mind returns due to hygiene reasons.
