"Totally not what was ordered in colour, fabric (not a thread of linen), totally synthetic manufactured, cheaply produced. Sent photos back and requested refund. Was told to send back item and complete process to get refund. Only process allowed for credit. Told it would be over ridden for refund. Totally unacceptable and lost trust. Will never deal with this website again. Will be amazed if this appears on reviews."
