When will my Pre-order be charged?


Your pre-order item is charged at the time of placing your order. Your payment will be processed once you complete the checkout.  

 

Can I use a credit note to pay for a Pre-order?

Yes you can!

How do I place a Pre-order?

Simply click on the Pre-order menu item at the top of this page and select any of our Pre-order items. Please refer to the Product Details tab below the Add to Cart button for the estimated dispatch date. If you are happy to wait for the item, simply Add to Cart and checkout.


Dispatch - Australia Only

When will my Pre-order be dispatched?


Your order will be dispatched as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Please note that estimated dispatch dates are approximate only and may be slightly early or late.


You will be sent an email confirmation when your Pre-order item is shipped which will include tracking information.


All items will be dispatched as quickly as possible from the date they arrive. Usually this is within the first 24 hours.

 

 

How will be my Pre-order item be shipped? I have paid for Express shipping.

All Pre-order items will be sent with the shipping method selected at time of checkout unless ordered with other in-stock items.
If you have placed an order that includes in-stock items as well as a Pre-order item, the Pre-order item will be sent using Standard Post, even if Express was selected at checkout.

Only the first dispatch of in-stock items is eligible for purchased Express shipping.

 

If I order other items with my pre-order item, when will they be dispatched?

If you order other in-stock items with your Pre-order item, your in-stock items will be dispatched immediately. No additional shipping charge will be applied.

If I order multiple Pre-order items at once, when will they be dispatched?

Your Pre-order items will be dispatched together when the last item arrives in stock. If you have other in-stock items in the order, they will be dispatched separately.


Dispatch - International (incl. USA and NZ)

When will my Pre-order be dispatched?

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel a pre-order item?


All Pre-order items are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled prior to shipping.

 

Can I modify my pre-order?


Pre-orders cannot be modified once placed. All Pre-order purchases are final. You cannot edit, change or add items to a Pre-order purchase. If you have ordered the wrong size, please reach out to customer service via live chat or hello@ginghamandheels.com.au

 

If I receive my Pre-order and it’s the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, please follow our Returns & Exchanges process via our portal here.


Delays

What happens if the release date changes?


All of our dispatch dates are approximate only. Your Pre-order item may arrive slightly early or late. If your Pre-order item is more than 10 business days late to be dispatched and you would like to cancel your item, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat or hello@ginghamandheels.com.au.
If your Pre-order items dispatch is delayed by 10 business days or less, it will not be eligible for any cancellation or changes.

 


Returns

How do I return a pre-order item?

Pre-order items can be returned in the same way as non Pre-order items, please refer to our Returns Page here

 

Can I return my pre-order item for a refund?

All Pre-order items comply with our existing returns policy. You may receive a credit note or exchange for a returned Pre-order item.

 

How long do I have to return a pre-order item?

 

The returns window for a Pre-order item is the same as our existing policy. You will have 30 days from date of dispatch to process your return through our portal here.

 


Exchanges

I have exchanged another item for a Pre-order item, how does that work?


Your Pre-order item will be dispatched as soon as it arrives, however, you still need to ensure that you send back your existing item within the 14 day timeframe or your credit card will be automatically charged by the system for the missing return.

I’m an international customer, can I pre-order?
