Once you have placed payment, one of our friendly HQ team will send a beautiful G&H Gift Card message out to the email address on your account.

NOTE: Please be sure to select the graphic you would like for your Gift Card by writing the NUMBER or MESSAGE of the picture in the notes section of your order. If you do not select an option, one will be chosen for you at random.
Want to send the Gift Card directly to the recipient? Sure thing, no problem.
Simply make note of this in the comments section of your order when you place it.
We will then send the Gift Card directly to the chosen email and copy you in on the message so you know exactly when they have received it.
IMPORTANT: If a Gift Card is purchased after Friday 4pm, it will be sent and delivered first thing Monday morning.
Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Once you place an order, it will be dispatched ASAP.
All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri AEST will be dispatched the same day.
All orders placed outside of these times will be dispatched the next business day.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, all delivery date estimates can be found on our Shipping page.
Most Express options are next business day or 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Most Standard options are 3-5 business days for Australia and International.
We want you to absolutely adore what you have ordered, if not we'e made our returns process as easy as possible.
You may return most new, unworn, unwashed items within 21 days of delivery (this has been extended to 30 days during the COVID-19 pandemic). All returns for change of mind will be issued as a credit note valid for 6 months.
Final clearance sale items (which are marked down to $40 and under) are not eligible for a return due to change of mind. This includes items sold during promotions using discount codes or reductions in cart. If returned to online a $7 processing fee will be charged per clearance item.
Earrings are also not eligible for change of mind returns due to hygiene reasons.
