During sales and promotions, specific terms and conditions apply to the discount offered. Please see below for all general T&Cs that apply during our sales and promotional periods, as well as the specific Terms and Conditions that apply to all current and most recent promotions run by Gingham and Heels.

General Promotional Terms and Conditions

Discount codes and vouchers given away as part of a promotion do not apply on our Sale Collection or Gift Cards.

All items reduced to $40 and under are considered CLEARANCE and are not eligible for return as a change of mind. This includes all items reduced during sale and promotional events.

PLEASE NOTE: For all AU customers, any item that is considered clearance at the time of purchase will be ineligible for return through our Returns Portal. This will be indicated during your returns process as the item will be marked grey and unable to be selected for return. Any items received that do not meet these terms will be returned to sender or otherwise may incur an administration fee at the discretion of Gingham and Heels.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING: During busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot always guarantee our dispatch and shipping timeframes. We do our best to achieve these targets and 99% of the time we will, however, we ask you to allow an extra 24-48 hours from placing your order for dispatch in these rare cases. Our warehouse is open Mon-Fri AEDT and orders will only be dispatched on these days. Thank you for your patience.
