ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence. From planning and executing social media strategies to producing high-quality imagery and video content, you’ll be responsible for driving engagement, growing our community, and ensuring our brand stays ahead of trends. You’ll work across all major platforms, creating scroll-stopping content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation – Produce high-quality imagery and video content (including Reels & TikToks) that captures our brand story and converts followers into loyal customers.
- Community Engagement – Actively engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and user-generated content to build a loyal and interactive online community.
- Influencer & UGC Management – Oversee influencer partnerships, gifting programs, and UGC strategies to maximise content reach and brand authenticity.
- Performance Analysis – Track and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Trend & Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep G&H at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Photoshoot & Styling Coordination – Plan and style content shoots, ensuring visually compelling assets that require minimal reshoots.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to align content with brand campaigns and key sales moments.
- Agency Coordination – Work with an external social media content agency to ensure all content is aligned and supports a shared strategy for maximum impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
- A deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Experience in influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for fashion, creativity, and community building.
